Branch Operations Manager

A Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a branch to ensure smooth functioning, operational efficiency, and high-quality customer service. The role involves managing staff, processes, compliance, and performance to achieve business and service objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and service delivery.
  • Supervise branch staff, allocate duties, and monitor performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Handle operational issues, customer escalations, and service-related concerns.
  • Monitor cash handling, documentation, inventory, and record maintenance.
  • Coordinate with head office and other departments for operational support.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare operational reports, MIS, and performance summaries.
  • Support branch business goals through effective operational planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of branch operations, compliance, and process management.
  • Good communication skills and ability to manage teams.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.

Experience:

  • 3–7 years of experience in branch operations or supervisory roles (preferred).

Work Environment:

  • Branch/office-based role with responsibility for staff and daily operations.
