A Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, customers, or business partners to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction. The role focuses on understanding client needs, offering suitable solutions, and driving business growth through trust and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address their queries or concerns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Track client interactions and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Resolve client issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Meet assigned targets related to customer retention and revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Experience:
- 1–5 years of experience in client handling, sales, or relationship management roles (preferred).
