A Sales Executive (Field Work) is responsible for promoting and selling company products or services by visiting customers in assigned areas. The role focuses on lead generation, relationship building, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base through direct field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential and existing customers in the assigned territory to promote products or services.
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and customers.
- Collect orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely payment collections if required.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and customer details.
- Report daily activities and sales performance to the supervisor.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and reporting tools.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
Experience:
- Fresher or 1–4 years of experience in field sales (preferred).

- Field-based role with outdoor travel and direct customer interaction.
